Good quality brands at good prices. Disappointed that Drop projects have stopped.

I like Drop because in the sea of online shopping, it has shown me a lot of products and brands that I've never heard of, filtered to my interests, and supported by a really great community of users. I think I like Massdrop as a name a little better. The collaboration projects have been pretty neat a lot of times. I will say that lately I've been a little disappointed with drops that have really not been much of a deal compared to elsewhere on the web. I've also become confused several times because of conflicting or incorrect information in product descriptions for some drops. But I still visit Drop almost every day and look here for inspiration for those hard to shop for people.

Got a refund pretty easily but the waits and prices aren't that great

If you understand the pluses and minuses of the business, it can be a great place to find some great deals. It’s not as convenient as Amazon, where you get what you buy almost immediately but as long as you don’t need something right away, you can get great prices. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is that I received a cheaper knife than the one I ordered quite some time ago and the problem has not been resolved. It’s not the money, it’s just not the knife that I wanted. To be perfectly clear however, this hasn’t stopped me from continuing to order from Drop.

The price sometime not a good deal. Sometime go to Amazon get it cheaper. Beside that great service

Product with great performance at good price, but shipping option is the weakest part. As I am an member from Hong Kong, DHL is very unreliable and slow. DROP should change the provider or at least add some faster international shipping option. DHL has lost the package 2 times already, and although DROP will absorb it and provide resend/refund, it is still a waste as it is a brand new product. I did asked DROP staff on this, and they said since they have global agreement, this can't be changed in short time. When I buy a USD$400~500 product, I won't mind paying USD$30~50 for express or 5~7 business day shipping verse current USD$5-10 4~6 weeks global tracked shipping.
