Josh was Friendly,Proffesional, and Knowledgable. When my drone was diagnosed Josh explained everything as well as the cost involved, the cost didn't exceed the quote. Also the return shipping cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend Drone Nerds. Ticket ID #: 36323161346
