We spoke with Jennifer and can not begin to tell you how above and beyond she went to help us out. She was professional, very nice the entire conversation. Without her assistance, I do not think we could have figure the transaction out.

Spoke with Ariana as she helped me navigate the process of considering a vehicle purchase. I appreciate her patience, expertise and professionalism throughout our call and although I didn't go through with a purchase, she provided me a deep understanding of the pricess and confidence to pursue a vehicle purchase in the future when the time is right. Thank you Ariana!

I believe I worked with at least 4 folks from Caramel during this process. I have to say each and every one was an excellent interaction. Knowledgeable and highly trained and very pleasant. Im 69 years old and I can say that I have never had a more pleasant experience with a company! Phil Neely

My seller turned out to be a nightmare, but your Customer Service staff was excellent to step in and save the day. Your escrow platform is an excellent, worry-free platform. Will use it again.
