My son was very excited for the Dribbleup basketball, but received the wrong size. Jane in customer service jumped right on my issue and helped with the exchange! Can't wait to see him use this awesome product.

By mistake I bought basketball instead of soccer ball. I reached out to customer service and they emailed me with prepaid shipping label to exchange one for a soccer ball. They made the experience effortless. Eagerly awaiting for the soccer ball ⚽️😊. Best customer service ever

I purchased a dribble up basketball fb or my so and he received another for Christmas. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they emailed me a return for me to exchange one for a soccer ball. They made the experience effortless. My son loves his basketball and can’t wait to receive the soccer which is already on the way.

I purchased this product as a gift for my grandson. The customer service representatives have been the most helpful reps I have ever dealt with. They are extremely professional as well as patient. EVERY question I posed, they answered IMMEDIATELY!!! I am not tech savvy and they were able to walk me through each step. I LOVE DribbleUp and so does my grandson! I am so grateful for all of their help!

I had ordered a Smart Soccer Ball as a Christmas present. After finding out it was stolen from my porch, I contacted Customer Service to see if they could help. I received an email within 5 mins letting me know they would send out a replacement ball the next day. Talk about stellar service. Gail was a pleasure to deal with and made it all happen. Purchased for Christmas. When we opened up, the phone attachment clip was broken. We emailed customer service on Christmas Day, had a response within the hour, and new complete tripod unit ready for shipment. Great customer service, thank you!!
