I have been very happy with the products that I ordered from drbrandtskincare.com. I also appreciated that they verified that my order was actually placed by me (due to the total amount). They have been very responsive to all of my needs.

Dr. Brandt is a skin care line that is worth giving a try. I’ve been consistently impressed by the products I have purchased especially No More Baggage eye gel. Visible results without irritation. What truly sets them apart, though, is their customer service. My order was lost, I reached out via email, Diana from customer support responded immediately and I received a replacement order within 7 days. Very good products along with responsive and genuinely helpful customer service this is a rare find. This company nailed it!

I had an issue with not being able to track my order, and when I reached out to customer support, I was met with timely, kind, and informative help. I appreciated that Dr. Brandt Skincare took my inquiry seriously, AND followed up with me with solutions if my order was not delivered. A+ customer service that I have not received elsewhere! I stopped buying from a previous Skincare line because their customer service was so poor, so thank you Dr. Brandt for all your help, and making me feel like a valued customer.

Amazing customer service! Ordered a set of 8 most popular products but the day cream jar came completely empty. Less than an hour after emails customer service (in a Saturday!) I received a reply notifying me a replace jar was being shipped out. Really like the neck cream and Needles No More wrinkle smoother.

A very professional company. They always respond quickly to any enquiries, the products I have used I have found effective and they are always dispatched quickly. In addition, there are frequent special offers such as 25 per cent off or Buy One Get One Free.

Dr Brandt products are top of the line. Their customer service is even better. From placing an order on their website, to communication regarding your shipment, to tracking, Dr Brant’s team excels. Friendly, knowledgeable customer service reps are hard to find, but not at Dr Brandt. I highly recommend them to all friends and family.

I had some issues with a discount code and contacted customer service. They responded very quickly and were very helpful. (turns out I misread the requirements). I placed my order of multiple items utilized the code and had my products within days. So far I am liking everything I purchased!
