My package arrived faster than I expected. Only giving 4 stars because I still have to put it together when I get to university. Will up date after.

Everything was better than expected, especially for the price. I was expecting a little lesser of quality since I was going with a cheaper product. But, that was not the case on anything. Everything was of the top quality at the cheapest price. Unbelievable

I received my order in a timely fashion. The assembly instructions were missing but a quick e-mail had the needed instructions sent to me within 24 hours. I am very happy with the hutch and the company and with look to them 1st for organizational needs.

I purchased the "Don't Look At Me - Privacy Room Divider Black Frame. It shipped and arrived promptly. The instructions were minimal and it was, at first, difficult to tell one part from another, but I did eventually get the frame put together. I thought it would be extensible horizontally, but the horizontal bars are screwed in place, so it's not. It is, however vertically extensible. I have put some blackout curtains that match the general decor of my apartment on it and it nicely divides one space into two ... and I can pull back the curtains if I need less division. The frame itself is a little wobbly, but it is also $30, so I can't really complain. It does the job.

We loved the items we received.though the assorted washcloths were all white.

The product is great and a good value for the money, however, the shipping was not so great. The box was bent and punctured causing a bend and a hole in the product. It was still useable but disappointing.
