I ordered a Yale trim lever, and was expecting it to come with a Yale cylinder and Yale key, but it had a Schlage cylinder with a Schlage key. After contacting them they sent me a Yale cylinder with a Yale key. Courteous and prompt customer service.

This company got me an estimate extremely quick, didn't keep calling me to see if I wanted them, and then ordered the doors as soon as I placed the order. Extremely nice and professional!! I'd use them again for any project I have! Thanks again, David - Sugar Hill Handyman
