I had a problem locating a particular donation in my account despite following the site’s instructions several times. I contacted a representative for help and he provided a link and clear guidance. I was finally able to access the information I was looking for. The representative was very patient and professional.

Had to contact Donorbox about a mistake/misunderstanding in my billing portion of the website. The support team got back immediately and said they would take care of the issue. I trust that they took care of the recurring charges for me. Thank you for the quick response! -Ken
