No returns. If you don't like what you bought, you're stuck with it. They say there is a 14-day return policy but you have to email to get instructions and no one responds to the email. Quality of purses not great.

Shipping took entirely too long, and the product was not nearly as nice as pictured. I am not happy with the product.

I still haven't received my bag

Company sells things that are NOT in stock. I made a purchase for a birthday present calculating the 5-10 business day delivery. Reached out to the company the 10 days to find out they had just shipped the item because it was out of stock. Bad business practice!

I haven't yet received my purchase. So, I am submitting a 1 star review. All I can see is that it's coming via Fed Ex. I cannot see when. I suggest you get on that, or I will be expecting a refund to my debit card. If it's Fed Ex, I should have received a package by now.

No follow up on when items are to be shipped. Ordered 5 days ago and nothing has come back to me.

The description was quite generous. The bag I ordered was nothing near whole-hide leather. I think it was more like that shredded leather they mix with solvent and paint onto bags to call them genuine leather. The corner of the bag's "leather" wiped off when I bumped the wall while carrying it. The bag was tiny compared to the aspects shown in the photo, which wouldn't be such a bad thing if the item was really leather instead of semi-rigid plastic. It operates like a giant coin purse. I can barely get my hand in to grab something! The seller is a Chinese supplier, so I didn't even bother requesting a refund as the return shipping would assuredly be almost as much as the bag cost. Don't get taken in!!!

Really slow shipping. Ordered purse for wife on aug 29. Today is Sept 10 and I still don't have confirmation that it has even been shipped yet. So much for 3 day shipping to have it for my wifes birthday.
