Every thing went good, glad to be back with DIRECT TV.

I want to thank all three of the great people who helped me get my direct order in and scheduled. It was like talking to a bunch of friends. I chose to switch to Direct after my bill went crazy with dish and they dumped a bunch of channels after i downgraded.I hope the customer experience i had yesterday continues to be a great one in the months to come.

After hearing what Directv had to offer, it made me realize just bad I'd been treated by the cable company.

Very easy installation. My technician was professional, friendly and explained the process to me.

I called and had a very professional person on the line instead of a computer, all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. She helped me pick out a package that suited my needs and it was a done deal. My girlfriend stayed home for the install, she called me when it was done and all was perfect. In fact the installer called me and said he was running early and asked if it would be a problem for him to come early, you can bet it was not....He did an excellent job and everything works perfectly...

randy was a wonderful help, very friendly and nice to chat with before our phone conversation. he explained very well everything i would be getting and i couldn't be happier. what a great way to start with a company. i'm going to name my first child randy......not really but that's how happy i am! thank you

Julian was a great sales person and had excellent customer service skills. Wasn't rude at all and didn't rush me as a new time cable customer. Helped me in every way.
