The packaging was so excessive for a bottle of nail polish - not so green. Otherwise all good.

Samples didn’t ship.

Hard to hear respond, send so many e-mail still no one get back to me.

Last time was not the best packaging at all. All the items were scattered in the box without any dior box or anything to protect the products which was very disappointing. In addition it takes one week to be delivered. I am not satisfied at all Neri Omar

Slow shipping or should i say took a long time to ship - once shipped arrived fast so it’s them not a shipping company On the top of that plastic on one of the products was broken ( box was perfect but plastic on the spray Bottle was broken) had to glue it with super glue-working but not happy at the end Called once to check on the status of the shipment- customer service was rude!!!

I did not recieve the gift samples I was promised with my order.

We Received Our Package After The Expected Time & There Wasn't Any Gift Wrapping. The Card For My Husband Had The Wrong Name On It.
