I love the waterproof mascara I purchased, that it works well, lasts long and that it is safe for my eyes. My only issue is with all the fancy packaging that comes with it. It's definitely time to be more environmentally conscious about the way we conduct business. No need for all the excess, fancy packaging.

This was my first time ever ordering from Dior, and I was impressed. The packaging was beautiful and definitely packed well so nothing would break. I just wish that online they could have a color matcher for the face products. I bought their Forever foundation- absolutely beautiful on the skin. But it oxidized so much on my skin so it went from being a decent shade on me to almost a little too deep. But besides the foundation shade, everything is amazing! Will purchase from again. Everything also arrived on time like it was scheduled.

Unfortunately i didn't receive my package,i wasn't informed my package was in the front door the day it was delivered,so when i enter the tracking number to see what's going on it was too late

Always A+ products and presentation and always appreciated. One feedback i would give regarding complexion related product samples is to consider offering shade varieties so that persons of varying skin tones can choose the color that best fits them and can actually try the product instead of just having an extra product that they will never get to experience.

I received all three items in a Dior box, all were delivered in perfect condition with the exception of the Backstage glow face palette it came broken. The Nude luminizer is so beautiful in 011- Plum Pop, it's the only one in luxe packaging with a slight perfume like fragrance. It can be used as a radiant blush due to its cranberry color and looks so good on any skin tone, especially on medium to tan skin imo. Contour palette is for all skin tones. The quality is there for all three, and universally flattering.

I would have given this rating 5 stars with one exception. I love the box that the two Dior Créme Abricot came in. However in this age of being conscientious about trees, paper making, and landfill the packaging could truly be reduced without danger to the contents. I have purchased Dior cuticle creme for decades and was delighted that I could buy it again after factories and transportation had been shut down due to Covid 19.
