Great customer service
My account was closed for non payment of my account fees causing a $20K + tax . The notification went into my spam folder so I missed it. When I called I talked to Brittany Cole in customer service she was absolutely the best, she handed my issue professionally, timely,I can't thank her enough she saved me big bucks.

I have been working for months to…
I have been working for months to withdraw funds from my "Self-Directed IRA", now that I am retired. The process has been difficult up till now. Speaking with James Macariola on the phone has really helped me along with the process. I am now confident I will be able to have my retirement funds soon. He has given me all the contacts that I needed and I appreciate his help.
