Ordered cloths for my grandson...doing early Christmas shopping..good thing I started early cause there was a delay in shipping, other than that cloths were true size good quality..

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a treadmill from the Roseville, CA store. Joey was extremely helpful in giving us all the stats on the treadmill as well as prices. He was very patient and really went out of his way to accommodate our needs. This was our best experiences ever. Give this guy a promotion!

We recently had some issues with a few shoe orders, and I just wanted to come on here and leave a positive review, because Dick's customer service was not only very courteous and helpful, but the efforts they went to to make things right were above and beyond. With two kids in multiple travel sports, we are constant sporting goods shoppers and they definitely retained us as lifelong customers with their willingness to provide an exceptional customer experience!

GREAT PRODUCTS. yes they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for sometimes and this is a great example of it.
