We ordered a treadmill from DSG, we will NEVER order and/or shop at DSG ever again. This has been the worst experience trying to get our order delivered and assembled; the customer service we have experienced is even worse. And what does DSG offer to try and make our experience better? A lousy $108 credit. We have bought a strength training rack, weight sets and now a treadmill from DSG for our home gym. We will be buying all of our future equipment from another company. You have permanently lost a customer.

Absolutely HORRIFIC experience with DSG and customer support. Placed an order online and received my order confirmation and it showed that I was being sent 2 of one item by mistake, I figured no worries mistakes happen, I’ll just call and have them adjust it. So I call customer service only to be told that they can’t modify my order (even though it’s only been a couple hours since I ordered). The only thing I’m told I can do is wait for it to be delivered and then take it to the store or mail it back to get a refund. Which means I will have to go out of my way to return something that I never wanted. At this point I’m extremely frustrated with DSG and customer support agent who doesn’t seem to care, so I decide I’ll just cancel my order altogether. Easy enough right? Nothings been sent, it’s only a couple hours after I’ve ordered it. NOPE! I’m told only a supervisor or manager can do that and that they’ll have to have one call me back by the end of the day. Fast forward 24 hours later, still no call, and I get an email saying that the order (that I have now made VERY clear that I don’t want anymore) has shipped. At this point I’m livid, I call back and am given the same run around and am told that my only option is to wait for them to be delivered and then go out of my way to return them. Finally, after asking for what seems like 100 times, I get transferred to a supervisor. He gives me the same options and I tell him that’s not good enough, at this point I never want anything to do with DSG ever again. He finally comes up with the solution to contact the carrier and have them not ship the items. He still can’t give me my money back for some reason until they’re returned by the carrier, but at least I no longer have to worry about unwanted items showing up at my house. But wait there’s more! Guess what shows up to my house 2 days later (you guessed it!) my order! But it’s not even the full shipment, it’s only 2 of the items, the 1 that I ordered, and another of that same item that I was double charged for. So at this point I’ve returned the 2 items in store, and still have not received the other item (and have not received a refund for it either). So, in summary, I will never be using DSG again. I want my money back. And I want you to look into a policy that has you sending things to customers who are literally begging you not to send them.

The name says alot about how this company operates. I ordered a copper fit back brace. It came opened with the security tab attached and would need a special tool to be removed. It was clearly a display. I called and they agreed to send a new one. This time it came again opened and the box had been opened multiple times and resealed multiple times with scotch tape. Clearly it was used and it looked dirty. Go ahead, shop there if you want someone elses return or used items. They sell them as new. I will never purchase anything from them again.

THEY advertise stringing tennis and badminton rackets - don''t believe these liars! I spent 4 hours, 2 hours of driving to 2 Colorado Springs Dickies - they said "pay $12" and we will string your badminton racket. When I asked, how many badminton rackets have you ever strang? The answer came in silence: they have NEVER strang a badminton racket. OK, I reached out to CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They promised to find one of their 30,000 employees who can do the job, and transport my racket to them and back. Guess what? THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Corporate liars! I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Horrible. I went the Cuyahoga Falls OH location on my lunch break ( btw is 1hr). Took me 32 minutes to get there, found what I needed relatively quick. I stood at the hunting help desk for 6.5 minutes waiting assistances. Finally a young girl greeted me with “My mgr. is going to have to cut those arrows if that’s what you need....I’ll get her”. 6 minutes after no one shows up, another young representative pops out from around the corner and offers “There is no one scheduled here to cut the arrows” I asked to speak with the Mgr. which I find her and apparently her entire staff of 3 cackling like hens in the front of the store. I approached her with $100+ of merchandise in my arms and explained my situation. She replied with simply “Yep, no one schedule till 1pm....” Never offered any complementary services like, we can hold your items and cut the arrows and you can come back to pick everything up. Or, for your inconvenience, I can offer a % off your purchases. Nothing, got kick in the junk,, a sorry bout your luck and was late returning back to work. Way to go DS, lost a costumer here and I have a relative that works in Pittsburgh at your CORP office.

The second time this has happened. I ordered shoes for my son. Three days later they canceled the order and said sorry, we don't actually have any. Then you have to spend 30 minutes on the phone to get your reward cert back. The customer service manager couldn't have been ruder. "Our terms and conditions say we can cancel any order" and they have. Twice. No more D(i)cks Sporting Goods for me. Bait and switch and then horrid communication

Horrible customer Service! They just farm out their "set up" on equipment to an outside company that doesn't give one SH&T about customers!

Just went shopping for workout gear at the Hirat Tx northeast mall store. All set with things to try on when nature called and I needed a restroom. It was 6pm and the store closers at 7. I asked an associate where the restroom was and was told the bathroom had already been ‘bleached’. So that says to me the manager wanted to close out quick regardless of customer service. To further my theory I asked to speak to the manager and was told it would be awhile cr cause they were closing out a register. I waited as long as possible but had to use a bathroom so left before purchasing anything. Ridiculous. I’m off to academy!
