I received a faulty (crooked) designer sunglasses without any pouch or case to preserve them or carry them. But it seems that keep them is more easy than return them. I do not recommend this store.

I ordered glasses after waiting 2 half weeks to get my glasses .They were awful really small barley fit my face , I looked Ridiculous !! I was very upset I wanted to return them Designer Optics said no can't return them ! I read on there website IF YOUR NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER THEY WILL RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS .bullcrap they won't take em back .

Hello Deann, We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as per our company policy we allow you to return RX product for inspection to check whether the product has been made according to the given details and if we find that there was an error we redo the prescription. We also refund 80% of the value of the frame only, not the lenses for the Rx product. Kindly provide us further details through Mail support/chat,We'd be happy to look into the matter and try to rectify the situation

cero recomendado, llevo más de dos meses esperando mi paquete y nunca llegó. Pagué el seguro que ellos ofrecen para el reembolso de mi pedido y solamente me han dado largas y me han dejado de contestar. Su correo de support indica cuando has mandado una solicitud y claramente me están ignorando, al igual que el chat en su página web.

My order arrived and was the wrong glasses. Not even the same brand. I ordered Coach and got Fendi. Won't be using this site again.
