Having this extended warranty saved me the extra cost of roadside assistance. I was able to cancel my AAA this year with confidence that the extended warranty would work even better, and I was right. I had a blowout on the highway and was able to call a local repair company, and get assistance quickly. Delta covered the complete cost of the roadside assistance; I wasn't charged any fees like I would have been if calling a roadside company without a warranty. I was able to get back on the road in a timely fashion without a worry.

When I called to file a claim because my brakes needed a repair, it was honestly such an easy and painless process. I was actually taken aback by the attitude of the agent who helped me. He was courteous and professional. He handled all the details, making the process very hands-off for me. I was able to get my brakes fixed at my local garage within two days. When I went to pick it up, even the repairman spoke highly of the customer service rep at Delta. He was relieved he didn't have to chase anyone down to get his money. I will always refer my friends and family to Delta because it has saved me a lot of money and headadches.

I hate it when I have to learn a lesson the hard way. Case in point: I had a car with the dealership's warranty. The reps are so understanding and pleasant to deal with. They are friendly and professional. They have never once given me the "run around" , they always process my claims quickly too! I have had some major emergencies that were extremely stressful and with a single phone call, I was always able to calm down and have my car taken care of. Very thankful for Delta. My extended auto warranty has been a complete lifesaver. I have never been happier about making the decision to purchase the extended warranty on my Volvo. Just recently, the panels on the inside of my car along with the speakers just stopped working out of nowhere. I was thinking how in the world will I take care of this and worried about another issue on my car. The extended warranty basically offered me the financial support I needed to get my car fixed. I highly recommend getting the extended warranty on your car if you can. I had a small issue, but you never know when a bigger issue could come along and with the warranty you will be covered and not have to worry one moment about it!'

Buying a new car is generally a good time for me! I love the idea of getting something new, even when it is a used car. When I first heard about an extended auto warranty I thought I didn’t need it for my car, but my mom talked me into it. I’m so glad that she did because my car wouldn’t start. To the best of my knowledge this extended warranty provides me with a very much more realistic option for my car than the insurance from the dealership. Research has helped me a lot and asking friends and family for their opinions helped me make the right choice that has saved from spending in a way I would have totally regretted. As such I am glad with the responses I received as well as the experience I’ve had with Delta. The warranty is totally worth it. I had to contact customer service to be 100% sure of what to expect, not just make a decision based on hear-say, I received free quotes as well as details on options and what was covered and what wasn’t. My decision was not based on sales-talk either, because I took my time to be sure I wasn’t being sweet-talked into buying something I would regret as I have experienced in the past. Buying the extended warranty was a good choice, I actually enjoyed the buying process, and am enjoying the many benefits of my warranty. I will definitely recommend Delta to anyone who cares to listen.
