Purchased a cashmere sweater which…
Purchased a cashmere sweater which arrived but was definitely not cashmere, had no tags whatsoever on the sweater not even washing instructions. Definiten is identified as a scam website if you do a search. I tried contacting customer service but no response apart from a link which doesn't help at all.

SCAM WARNING
SCAM WARNING - Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a tough dog toy which was advertised as suitable for tough chewers and guess what it wasn’t!! It fell apart on the first use. Customer service refused to refund and offered a £1 refund. Said my dogs teeth must have been too sharp!! Don’t fall for this rubbish company save yourself the hassle and money!! Google the company and you will see SCAM warnings everywhere!!!
