The entire ordering site needs improvement. The security pw was longer than the number of boxes to record it. The picture in my cart wasn't the one I clicked, and I couldn't find how to cancel the order. So I left it sit awhile, and later finally found the tiny trash can that wasn't marked for canceling. Then I was able to start over and finally got my right order!

The design looks awful. Maybe you should consider patterns that are a bit more fashionable. It looks stupid on. There aren't even colors to choose from. It's a lot to pay for a beanie for it to look bad. Beyond that, my phone still rings inside of it, and I have it wrapped up. My earbuds still work inside of it.

Hi Susan, Sorry to hear you don't enjoy our color options. The beanie is not a faraday bag and is unable to provide a full seal, electronics will still function while inside of it! It is used to protect your head from EMF radiation, not cut off signal to your devices. Sorry for the confusion!

Disappointing Build Quality and Fit I wanted to love this case, but the execution is lacking. The top section near the camera is flimsy and bends during routine use, which will likely lead to snapping over time. Furthermore, the case does not seal properly, leaving a nearly 1/4-inch gap between the phone and the casing. For an expensive "rugged" case, the quality control simply isn't there. I suggest waiting for a revised version before purchasing.

Because our cases are designed with a folio-style structure there is a natural gap intended to allow the cover to close properly over the screen. However, we recognize that this design and the flexibility of the camera cutout may not meet every user's personal preference for rugged protection. I was dismayed to learn that the case I gifted to my brother did not have a cut out for taking photos while case is in place. That makes the case much less valuable and I wont be able to order any more.

The sound quality of the earphones is not bad, however I ordered two pairs and both stopped working after a couple of months. When I asked to get them fixed through the guarantee, they request to pay delivery costs, which makes the ask useless. Customer service not helpful at all.

Better than nothing however I still feel radiation on my genital area when my laptop is on my lap on top of the defendershield.

I ordered an 'iPhone 11 EMF Protection + Radiation Blocking Case - iPhone 11 - EMF Radiation Shield & RFID Blocker - Detachable Magnetic Wallet Case' from these guys late 2020. Unfortunately the shipment arrived once I had already left Singapore (which was fine, my fault for ordering it close to the time I was leaving really during COVID times). So the item I bought in 2020 spent a good 14 months at my friend's house in Singapore in its case unused, waiting for me to collect it. Which I did in early June 2022 when I could finally return. 7 weeks later and it's already going in the bin. I like it, except the design is really weak in one key area which is the upper right where there is a hole in the material so that photos can be taken though. It is flimsy and weak and so through very basic usage it has collapsed on me already meaning the phone camera is obstructed by the material which is sortof sticking out. Pain in the neck having to remove it from the case time to take a photo, plus you fail to capture the moment often. I emailed them with some photos, I knew it wasn't under warranty any longer so didn't expect anything from them. I just wanted to show them so that they could take it onboard and maybe update their design or something. Instead, I received a very clever automated reply which was presented as a human being had written it, stating the dates of the warranty but pushing me toward a current "Back to School" sale. I replied to that just to confirm it was a robot reply and indeed I got the same one back. $74.99 it cost me, absolute waste.
