POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - Received earbuds with a defective microphone. Upon requesting a return/refund, no communicated with me. They virtually have no customer service. No one answers their phone or response to emails. Even their automated chatbot has no response.

I ordered the phone case on May 19, paid @94.10 and have not received my phone case on May 30. I'm not happy.

I never heard back about a need to return the Hat because the size was too small. It was not a regular medium it felt much like a small it did fit over my head completely.

The ear buds were not compatible with my iPhone 14. I wish there was more help in figuring out the correct size adapter to make it work. Therefore I returned the earbuds and bought a different brand that work great.

You can’t get a hold of them if you have a problem my case is having issues I want to return it and they will not return any correspondence it’s very difficult to get a hold of them I still haven’t heard back. You have to chat it’s not a live chat it takes your message and says it will get back to you but they don’t!!!!!!!
