As a business that values efficiency and timely communication, it is essential that we work with partners who share the same values. Deep Instinct's lack of response and inability to update their systems indicates that they are not reliable and do not prioritize customer satisfaction. We have attempted to resolve these issues with Deep Instinct directly, but unfortunately, we have not seen any improvement in their response times or system updates. As such, we cannot in good faith recommend them as a partner to our business or to any other business.
