Best Customer Service
The company had exactly what I needed and the rep spent significant time on the phone and exchanging emails to assist me with my decisions. The fabric samples came promptly. This company was so responsive. The best customer service.

Great Product, Excellent Service
Such amazing communication and customer service. Bill usually got back to me within minutes and kept me posted about my order status. He jumped right in and helped deal with a shipping issue that was not his fault. My Skargarden Laknas benches are the perfect addition to my outdoor space. Such amazing quality and craftsmanship. They have a timeless modern design that works with many styles.

Recently I decided to replace a broken…
Recently I decided to replace a broken part on a very large Shademaker umbrella. I called the company to inquire about purchasing the part. I was given the email address for Bill Ferris at Decor Outdoor. Bill was absolutely fantastic. It did not matter that I purchased the umbrella at a different store (the question never even came up). He responded quickly and from just a few pictures and my less than expert knowledge, he was able to determine which part I needed. When a problem popped up with shipping, he explained the issue and helped to resolve the problem in a way that was mutually beneficial. I couldn’t be more pleased with the help that I received. I highly recommend Decor Outdoor. I really appreciate that the Shademaker company recommended Bill to me.

We have strong relationships with our vendors and make every effort support customers before, during and after they purchase (and yes, sometimes not even from us). It's a big point of emphasis for Decor Outdoor and we hope it sets us apart from the competition. After all, high-end patio umbrellas are an investment and we want to help customers maximize the value they get, so they're satisfied and will look to us when they want to add new outdoor furnishings or finally replace their initial purchase.
