Had slight leakage to both decants. Nothing too bad it was just noticeable. Even though they both had tape around the connection area, I would suggest putting plumbers tape around the inside before screwing on the top.

This is an edited review since l finally received the lost order. I originally placed an order for 3 Xerjoff fragrances samples that never arrived. The contact person Anna was always nice and willing to help. It took a while to receive the replacement order and they had to switch one sample since it was out stock. First time ordering through this company. My experience was not great but at least they did their part on resending the missing items. All of samples came in great condition, no leaking and the all smelled fresh and real. Not too sure if l will use them again in the future but the are a legit company.

Happy with the experience until one of my decants had a defective sprayer (won't press down at all). I guess I can use up another one and sub the sprayer but then there's contamination and that takes a good while.

They have good decants, I loved all from Parfums de Marly, smell as the original. But the one Baccarat Rouge 540 didn’t smell like the original I have a original sample, I purchased a 10 ml sample and didn’t last or smell like the original, smelled like alcohol and didn’t last all day.

My biggest complaint was that on the website it told me I would get my order on the January 3rd. I kept checking on it but my tracking number was not updating. At that point, there was no way it was going to get there by the 3rd so I contacted customer support who did get back to me after multiple attempts to call and an email I sent. They apologized but did say that it wasn't going to get there by when they promised. It ended up getting here on January 9th, 6 whole days after it was scheduled to. So that was not a good experience but I love the concept of DecantX and the prices so I would give it another shot and not around the holidays since that may have been part of the issue.

I got most of my fragrances, but I am missing a 2ml Dior Homme Intense from my order. I have double checked the baggies to see if I might have missed it, but to no avail. I sent an email that same day on Friday, but I've still yet to hear back.

Ordered several decants from Vancouver. I had an issue with delivery. I paid for the most expensive USPS international express option which stated 3-5 business days. It cost $50. It ended up arriving about 7-8business days later. However what annoyed me the most was that the tracking order was not updated and I was left thinking my package was stuck in New York City for several days. I did contact DecantX customer service and they were very helpful in lodging an enquiry with USPS. I dont blame decantx but USPS. I have read their international service is pretty poor & I would suggest Decantx use UPS or FedX for their international deliveries. The products I ordered mostly seem fine. The one exception is the Amouage Reflection 45 decant doesnt smell as strong as the full bottle I tested at a perfume store. The premium atomizers are really cool

Not impressed by the quality. I ordered five different vials but the fragrance is only very short-lived. I am not sure if I’d be ordering again.
