I made my order, everything went smoothly. Then I got one single update about my package and after two weeks never received another update. I emailed the support to find out why there were no updates and why it was taking so long to ship and they never had any answers for me. They just said sorry and that was it. After emailing them on week two, they basically just said, "Oh well, sorry about what happened. What would you like to do?" and I said screw this, give me a refund. Don't order from these people. You'll be lucky to receive anything.

That is interesting that the 1st question asked in the comment box is "what went wrong this time" terrible experience, ordered only because of the delivery date, and products all came late. Will never order again as I am now out of town for the next 45 days and it will sit on my doorstep until then, what a waste. If you ever find a shipping company and/or you are able to actually do what you say you are going to do let me know. I might reconsider. But I am done with all of you companies that have completely throw integrity and competence out the window simply because lots of people order off of the internet. It should be you going out of business and mom and pop, brick and mortar stores staying!!!

Delivery time been waiting for my order for over 2 weeks it said it was going to get here on this date it hasn't arrived

I ordered almost $300 worth of travel size fragrances and I didn’t receive any of them no shipping code or nothing, I’ll never use this company again .

Attempted to cancel my order after a week with no update. Sent an email to cancel then miraculously my order ships after ignoring my cancellation email. I refused the delivery and had it sent back which is allowed by their own refund policy and never got a refund or response to multiple cancellation emails. Had to dispute with my credit card. Also, their phone number is some weird Google service phone number

I ordered a Miss Dior and a Carolina Herrera sample. I received the Carolina Herrera sample, but no Miss Dior. In the place of Miss Dior, they send Dior Homme which is a man's cologne. The two (Miss Dior and Dior Homme) are nothing alike other than they are both Dior. I have sent two messages to them concerning a refund with no response.

I entered the wrong address, and sent an email immediately after, to correct the error. Three days later someone wrote to tell me that my purchase had already shipped. Terrible customer service.

I chose to do business with Decantx because they supposedly had an authentic product. On the first attempt the order arrived with the wrong cologne in the automizer. There was also a tip option which I paid. I think most times the tip option is presumptuous and more so in this case. I wrote back an email which was answered, stating the order would be resent if I would send a picture of the item. I sent the picture and screenshot of the order. They sent me that request at work so I responded once I had access to the item. But, it seems they lost track of the emails. I’ve now sent several and can’t raise anybody. It doesn’t seem like sound business or even real at this point. I think a response, resend, or refund is in order. The original email sent back was very stone faced and monotone like the person was insulted about what I wrote. Look at it this way. I paid and tipped a company that botched the picking of the order, spaced out on the email, and now is just stalling and basically pocketed the money. If the people are so offended why not have some backbone and write to me about it. It’s poor business. What was I supposed to do? Say pretty please. Become a real business or don’t bother. I’ll be getting in touch with fraud support about getting the refund myself. Which is all I can do short of coming down and repicking it myself. Still waiting on a response.
