When I first started ordering from decantx the shipping was immediate, it would be on the way within 2 days...now its a week later from time of purchase im getting a notification saying my package has shipped. Before I was a bronze, silver, gold...now platinum member, every once in awhile id get a little 1ml or 2ml complimentary gift with a little thank you note, or something. Now, nothing...ive ordered less and less from this site because of it. value and show appreciation for your reward program customers spending money.

One of the 2 samples was broken. Broken glass everywhere in the shipping envelope. All of the sample of Dior Holy Peony had spilled out into the envelope. The envelope smelled nice, but I would have preferred to actually wear it.

The perfumes were fine but the plastic spray bottles are bad. I couldn’t spray one perfume and have to trash it.

I ordered 4 travel-spray fragrances and none of them were labeled. Would be nice of you could label each one with the scent and brand name.

Very slow shipping. It was free shipping but much too slow.

They are reasonably priced and ship relatively quickly. However, horrible customer service. I’ve sent them four emails over a period of a few months. No response, despite being a long time customer.

I have ordered decants from Decantx for a very long time now. I have been satisfied to the point of routinely recommending Decantx to the NUMEROUS member forums in the fragrance community, as well as within the comment sections of the very many reviewers that I subscribe to. However, I have to mention that recently the shipping has been surprisingly not up to par. I am mindful that this is not always under the control of Decantx. Nevertheless, it is very frustrating and is starting to happen with regularity. I am very pleased with the selection and prices. Definitely 5 star worthy. Shipping?? Hard to say!

I give them 3 stars because they provide decent service. They need to source new vials. I had a few that leaked through and the juice is gone. Some of the vials sprayers have a bad smell.
