Ordered Tom ford F'ing fabolous, Creed Aventura, and bond #9 Sutton place. All three were terrible and didn't smell like original. They were so bad they gave me a headache and the tom ford I had to scrub my skin to get the terrible smell off because it was making me gag.

Ordered on December 3rd, order still hasn’t shipped and it’s December 15th. Not cool
Response from DecantX· Jan 12, 2026
We’re sorry for the delay and understand your frustration. We experienced an unusually high volume of orders during that time, which slowed processing and it took 3 business days more than expected. We’ve reached out to you by email with an update, so please check your inbox and reply there if you need further assistance.

Response from DecantX· Nov 19, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the scent didn’t last as long as you expected. Fragrance longevity can vary a lot depending on the perfume itself, skin chemistry, and concentration, but we never want you to feel disappointed with your experience. All of our decants are made from 100% authentic fragrances, so the performance should match the original bottle. If you’d like, we’re happy to look into the specific scent you received and help you find something that performs better for you. Please feel free to reach out with your order details. We’re here to help!
