Kyle Ferger was very polite and professional. He explained everything to me in a professional manner which did not leave me having to ask follow-up questions. He made me feel as though he understood my feelings and my situation. It made making the choice to go with your company the right choice.

Richie was very personable and understanding of my situation after having been scammed by a previous "debt program". He worked within my budget and explained everything perfectly. The one draw back was the welcome call, very difficult to understand rep with extreme accent almost caused my to not be qualified for the program but Richie came to the rescue and clarified everything. Sure hopes this works out and we can be debt free in 5 years!!!

If everything goes as Ryan Gorman said it will, then I am very satisfied with the process. My only thought is it was extremely long. Repeating things Ryan had already told me. But Ryan was very fun and very through.
