Scam Company , Have dummy fees and recurrsive fees which user is not aware about

What a waste! On Sept 2, I requested cleaning of my house. The cost was over $300. $37 per hour non-disclosed ‘platform fee’. Cleaner was hours late, high on something, rude, only touched one small room. Angrily stormed out. Left trash on my front porch. There was NO recourse, no number to call. Nothing. To try to make me happy, Dazzling clean is offering to allow me to pay another $50 and they’ll give me $25 off. Hmmm. They want me to, in essence, give them another $25. The cleaner was from Simla Colorado. Dazzling Clean is a scammer, and it appears as if their target are seniors. Avoid!!!! Ask a friend for a referral, and avoid this outfit.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The cleaner came with no mop, vacuum, or experience. I canceled after one month. After 2 years!!! They just started charging me monthly again without my knowledge, permission, or any kind of renewal. This company scams its workers and its clients. Run!

I was really disappointed of the cleaning done on 9/23 especially when my Realtor had to go in in redo the sweeping And the cleaning the furniture to get ready for the picture taking And i noticed that the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned properly and The glass onthe sliding door wasn’t clean and I hired the cleaning lady for six hours

not happy for the service i got the carpet was steal in bad stain windows where not done sink was not done walls . i m not recommending his services

Stay away, we cancelled several times only to login and see the plan is active again, the members should unite for the class action

This company is a scam. They had no cleaners in my area for months then contacted me to use the certificate that I purchased when a cleaner signed up on my market. The service was horrible, the cleaner took 4+ hours to clean what typically takes 1.5 hours (airbnb). I have been charged monthly after asking for a cancellation and $144 for cancelling. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General for consumer fraud.

RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN - IT IS A TRAP! $19 WILL TURN INTO $300+ CONTRACTUALLY. Do not fall for this company who is really named “Homeaglow”. Shadiest company I have come across in the past few years besides The Edge Fitness. Horrible business practices. They sell your information. STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!!
