The only way to start a return is emailing. I have not received a response in 3 days. This generates frustration as a consumer that I can’t return my unopened items when the company says 30 day return window. If this is the only way to reach the company to get a return label you need to be responsive.

The furniture was. Covered in mold, it was disgusting. This was my granddaughter’s birthday gift. I sent pictures and there has been NOTHING DONE ABOUT THIS SITUATION

This was the worst Customer Service experience I have ever had and I will never use your company again. I purchased two pedestal tables to go in the same room. They do not look alike. I emailed and sent photos to your Customer Service team and they told me I would have exorbitant fees to ship them back because I wanted a full refund because they would not make good and send different tables that matched you lost a very good customer in me the amount of money that you made from me on those tables is nothing compared to what I would have spent. If I had had a good experience will make sure I tell all of my friends and neighbors the poor quality and the poor Customer Service that I received from this Company.

I ordered the Leah 50" desk and it came without two holes drilled on one side to attach the legs. When I emailed the support desk with pictures of the desk and a copy of my order confirmation, they wrote this back: "The photos we need: 1. The whole outside boxes. 2. All the shipping labels taped to the boxes." We didn't have to whole box because of recycling in our neighborhood. We explained this in an email, and Dayalane Support NEVER responded. We drilled the holes ourselves, but when you spend hard-earned money on furniture, you expect a reply when the company has produced a faulty item.

I purchased a couch, the product was fine just did not like the couch. My problem is with their return process. I reached out to customer service for the return process and instead of helping me with the process they offered a refund as an incentive to keep the couch. I made it very clear that I did not want to keep the couch and just wanted to start the process of return. Instead they would not respond directly to my request and offered me incentives to keep the couch. When speaking with customer service via telephone, they said they would take care of it “urgently” within 24-48 hours. I asked for return shipping labels and they could not provide it right away. I asked why the process of buying is quick but to help with a return is so complicated and the responses via email and telephone take so long. She could not answer my question and said everything would be handled by the support team via email. I’m very disappointed with their customer service as they did not help with the return. I ended just taking the refund because they were so unhelpful and showed no genuine concern to help.
