I didn’t get all of my order. I ordered a reclaim catcher, terp vacuum , and a milk and honey banger. I received everything except the milk and honey banger.

I ordered with first class usps and my order still hasn’t even been shipped and the tracking number doesn’t even work. Sent them two emails with absolutely no response.

Seven days vape broke no return it’s used ok butttttttttttt…….. Other products never opened but can’t reach anyone about a return. I’m good,I’ve learned my lesson don’t order online got it!

I never received the correct order, I opened the box and none of the items I ordered were in there, instead it was some random cups. Very unpleased would like a refund please

DO NOT BUY! Read other reviews. After you receive an order confirmation email, communication will cease. I paid extra for priority 2 day shipping. That was over a week ago and I have no clue if it has even been packaged. I have sent multiple emails just asking for an update on my order with no response. Will never use this site again.

Like many others here I too have waited and as of this posting still waiting on my items to be shipped. Got the confirmation email about The items were shipped, only to see the status on UPS as “Label Created” for over a week. Non responsive customer service as well. Highly recommend staying away from this retailer. There are other very good online smoke shops out there.
