We apologize for the delay you experienced. We get a high volume of orders during the holiday season. We try out best to get these orders sent out as quickly as possible. They usually get delivered within the first half of January given that the last week of December is mostly off. So our fulfillment team get orders prepped for shipping and sent out as soon as possible. Hi Gabriel, You placed you order on Christmas eve, we were able to get it shipped out in 2 packages on the 28th and 30th of December. I see that you received it after the New year's day. I looked over your order and it seems that your Beehive Bong was upgraded to the new model that was released at the time. Unfortunately during the holiday season our delivery window increased due to the uptick in orders attributed to Black Friday and the sales succeeding it. We offer the best sales in the market, and we do our best to have every package delivered as quickly as possible.
