Jenny was great to deal with and kept me informed.

Erika was amazing....when all the other couriers couldnt deliver or find the package....Erika found it in another state and it was finally delivered....shes an angel :)

great communication and service

Super communicative and helpful as they could be!

Erika was wonderful keeping me informed and organising a redelivery within 12 hours notice. Thankyou for your kind followup.

Erika Dapar kept me informed of where my parcel was, what happened so I could fix the problem, I recieve a monthly kit and this issue has never happened before and now I know why it happened I was able to let the sender know and we fixed it. Erika was so polite and reassured me all the time that she was on it, Thankyou

I had two stuck packages and Stephanie escalated it for me. I had also spoken to two other ladies on the phone who provided me the status. Overall a very professional team. My packages arrived a week later. A great team! Thank you!

I had been waiting for a delivery for over 2 or 3 weeks until I finally got through to Jenny Gamusaran at DAI and received the package within 1day. Great effort. Thanks very much!!
