Horrible company!!! if you want your money stolen then buy something( I mean donate your money too thieves). No response from them. no shipping dates on the blankets we ordered!!! Fakir's company for sure.

Ordered a blanket from cuzmi on 11/02. Never recieved it. Emailed then 4 times, no response, tried calling but the number they have on their contact us page is not valid. I wish I would have looked into this company before i gave them $100.

I order a car heater on 12/01/2019 I did not receive a confirmation email but the payment was taking out of my account. I sent an email stating that I need confirmation that my order was received and will be on the way no response Cuzmi has gotten over on the wrong person I will be contacting the BBB I did not get a tracking number because cuzmi did not send me one. I Am going to get my money back or a car heater. It is too many customer with the same story it’s time to get the government involved. CuzmiI is scamming potential customer through TikTok and Instagram please do not order from them have a great day for right now Cuzmi. if you did not receive your order from cuzmi Please contact the BBB there is power in numbers. I only hit the star button because I had to cuzmi I gets no stars from me

Spent £470.00 for blankets placed order on 14th nov 2019 guaranteed delivery within a week still havent arrived, emails not being delivered PLEASE AVOID!!!! :(

Didn’t receive my product, no refund, no response to emails. On Instagram, they asked for my order number to look good in public, then did nothing. Lots of other complaints that they’re deleting, too. Avoid!
