cancellation problems
update.. curology stepped up and refunded for the error Approx a month ago I attempted to cancel the subscription and was not able to as I continually recieved an error message. I then emailed and after much going back and forth she agreed to cancel the account ...lo and behold I recieved a package on 4/25 and was charged 87.00 .. After finally getting to someone I have been told there are no returns whatsoever...How can you run a company like this?

My package was mis-delivered (USPS) and in less than 24 hours the situation was handled. Excellent service is probably my number one reason for keeping the subscription.
