Honestly, I’ve been using their product for years and tried their formula from 2 different doctors. I wasn’t satisfied and I’m still not satisfied with the results. On the other hand, I still use their face wash and moisturizer because my face loves it. They won’t sell their products separately which is a huge bummer, so I have to buy the entire set. I don’t use the formula, but I do like the face wash and moisturizer.

Customer service is great but that’s not where my problem lies. For me, it’s because the actual product does not work for my acne. When I previously lived in California on the West Coast my skin was in awful condition and Curology 100% was the reason it healed up. I noticed results right away that stayed long term. However, as soon as I moved to the East Coast, my formula was no longer working for me despite not changing a single part of my skincare routine and not introducing any new products, medications, etc. My provider changed my formula and I stuck with it a while only to still see no results after the adjustment period. I am now considering unsubscribing but will see what my new provider recommends one last time before making the decision.

I've used Curology for about a year and haven't noticed a change, if anything my skin has experienced more intense and long lasting breakouts than prior to use. I've submitted pictures and had a formula change to try and remedy this, but to no avail.

The acne body wash and the acne spot treatment were the only things that worked for me. The combination of the cleanser, formula, and moisterizer left me with more breakouts than I've ever had in my life. I gave it 3 months to figure out if it was just my skin needing to acclimate but as soon as I stopped using those 3 products, my skin cleared right up. The dermatologist wanted to change the formula but even when I went down to just using the cleanser and moisturizer, nothing changed, and for me, it was just too expensive to continue as an experiment.

I was so excited to try this in hopes it worked for me and I had a convenient way to have my skin care routine sent on a regular basis, unfortunately, I got so much more oily and tons of breakouts , I continued on in hopes it was my skin adjusting but it never got better.

The product does work but they give you so little I broke the white bottle open to see why it ran out so fast and it’s literally a small bottle inside of the white bottle I mean if that’s what you call getting your money’s worth

I got the products complimentary (free) in exchange for my honest review. It's been almost three months and it seems I am still in purging stage. I haven't seen any positive changes to my face but instead I have seen alot of whiteheads taking over my face. Not sure if I want to continue using it.

I tried my customized formula, but it was really harsh on my skin. I do have fairly sensitive skin, but despite diluting the formula and using every other day to get started, my skin around my mouth area especially was red, irritated, and extremely dry. The cleanser and moisturizer were good. Lightweight and did what it was intended to do. Unless I had a skincare issue that I really felt needed prescription medicine, I will likely just stick to my normal skincare routine.
