I’ve used Curbio several times and have been very pleased. They are easy to work with and communicative. My clients are very happy with all the work so that is the icing on top!

Curbio's process is a top-notch choice to prepare a home for sale with as little stress as possible for the homeowner and the listing agent. Having great project managers such as Jennifer A. who handled all the moving pieces and managed seller and agent expectations along the way is undoubtedly the primary reason for our great experience but the process behind the scenes is efficient and geared toward minimizing surprises, too. Will definitely recommend Curbio to other seller clients.

Great experpience with Curbio! Was my first time using them and everything went very well. From the beginning to the end there was good communication, we were given a date of completion but they finished before that date. General contractor was very friendly and approachable, kept us informed every step of the way. Any concerns we had and additions added to the scope of work he was very accomodating and worked it in the schedule. I will use them again for my next project. You can leave it to Curbio and rest assured your project will get done.

Carmen was spectacular. She communicated very well, and adjusted quickly to all the many challenges my clients had her face. She made cost effective recommendations that increased the value of the property.
