I thought my donation was going to one severely abused dog that broke my heart when I saw their situationbut instead, i believe i was able to help several animals with it which i will not complain about as long as she and the other babies are taken care of.

I love their causes. However , they are a profit organization & inundate several times during the day with emails. I see the heart rending pics & donate. Fewer notices would be nice. They also ask for a tip which is inappropriate. Most organizations do not do this. I do like the updates given on some of the animals ; They are the Joy & sometimes the sad. I want the donations to go to the animals , as much as possible.

Love your stuff (our Louie loves the toys especially) & love the idea that I can help animals. Just wish shipping was a little cheaper but I know you don't control that.

I’d like it better if we didn’t have fees on top of our donation/s, but I am happy to donate to help animals and absolutely appreciate the tax credit.

Hello, Thank you for your review, we take your feedback very seriously. CUDDLY is a fundraising and wishlist platform solely dedicated to supporting verified non-profit animal rescues, shelters, and municipal organizations. CUDDLY applies a transaction fee of $2.99 to help cover business costs and fees that are charged by our payment processor. 90% of the monetary donations made are sent directly to the rescue pet in need of care. The remaining 10% goes towards additional marketing, tools, and resources to better support our partners and help them reach their fundraising goals. Donations on CUDDLY's platform are tax-deductible and we've helped 46k+ rescued animals in need. Any and all donations go towards making a positive difference in the animal's road to recovery and are greatly appreciated. It is important to note that we keep our platform totally free for animal welfare groups. Being for-profit, for-good allows us to offer many additional opportunities to our partners such as being able to fundraise for transport vehicles, paid television advertising, and promotional spots on social media. We also provide an email marketing tool that helps to easily send emails at the most optimal times in order to reach their campaign goals. These are all tools that would otherwise be unavailable or inaccessible for many of our partners. These features and our campaign success rates are why nonprofit shelters choose to partner with us time and time again. We thank you so much for any and all critiques, as we are always working to improve. Please let me know if you have any further questions or comments!

Did not like being forced to pay handling fee when donated.
