I should not have had to ask for a proof after several days.

Aside from a small issue I had with the presentation of the package when delivered, the cuddle clone came in a perfect shape and is an exact replica of my childhood dog that just recently passed. This will be an amazing gift for my mom on Christmas to have and cherish forever. Customer service was great in getting back to me efficiently and working with me to find the best solution for my concerns. Would definitely recommend this company.

Communication has been spot on, very prompt. The club cover is ok, but not a "clone" or worth $300. Arrival from time of order was acceptable. but wish it had been a better match to Lucy.

Upon receiving my Bennie Cuddle Clone, I was sadly unsatisfied with the appearance build of the plush clone. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested for a refund. Bryan, a Cuddle Clone Representative, reached out to me and informed me a refund can be processed or offered an alternative alteration change free of charge in hopes to salvage my business. I informed Bryan I would be traveling for a week and may not be able to provide my required feedback. Bryan acknowledged and just informed me that he would be patient for my feedback and provided me instructions of the feedback Cuddle Clones needed. I provided images of my Bennie along with the Bennie Cuddle Clone for comparison for fur color, facial structure, mouth appearance, fur color beneath Bennie's jaw and body proportions. Bryan provided me a return label with instructions of the alteration agreement. I accepted the agreement and mailed the first iteration of the Bennie Cuddle Clone.

Originally made purchase but was unaware of long lead time. Customer support was great in offering expedited service at no additional cost but would still not meet deadling. Offered refund with no issue. Great customer service.

I was very impressed with the Plush this service crafted for me a few months ago, despite a single error I can only fault myself for in not being more descriptive. I believe I included a vague detail I found charming enough to mention about my Yorkshire Terrier alluding to his little underbite revealing his bottom teeth, appearing from some angles to look like a cheeky smirk, and the artist went the extra mile to demonstrate their attention to this detail. I felt the result drew too much focus away from what could have been a more authentic representation had I simply been more elaborate, emphasizing the barely noticeable size of this trait, or perhaps having said nothing at all. I don't recall taking advantage of an opportunity to review the finished piece, and I regret that failure on my end. It was honestly difficult to swallow the price I had to pay only to feel 99% satisfied in the end, but... live and learn! I am still excited and eager to see what else these unquestionable talents can come up with in the future.

I was unable to track the shipment of my order and left a negative review. As it turned out, my order was shipped to me and I received it before Christmas and I was very happy with how the pajama shorts came out. Can’t wait to see my granddaughters smile when she opens them!

I was thankful for the constant communication from the company! I love that they provided a coupon to compensate for delays (just wish they were a little specific about what we could use the coupon on, instead of having to reach out). My cuddle clone looks exactly like my dog in the back, but I wish I saw a little more resemblance in the face area. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and others do believe it's my dog sometimes until they notice it's half my dog's size lol
