About Cuddle Clones

We love animals. At Cuddle Clones, we recognize the unbreakable bond pet moms and dads have with their fur-children. But oftentimes that bond is disrupted due to travel, going away to college, military deployment or sadly the loss of a dear pet.We capture that connection with 100% handmade plush replicas of YOUR PET!That's right! We capture all of the physical details and personality traits of your pet in an adorable stuffed animal form. Do you know what we call these adorable creations?! You guessed it, Cuddle Clones!Pet lovers can also surround themselves with their furry friends with a 100% Custom Plush Golf Club Headcover of their pet or by having their pet’s images artistically designed and printed onto socks, pajamas, blankets, mugs and more! But Wait! That's not all!EVERY purchase provides AT LEAST 3 meals to a shelter pet! Each month Cuddle Clones donates cash to 10 shelters/animal wellness organizations. You can feel the inner warmth of a thousand puppy breath kisses knowing that a portion of your purchase has been directly attributed to improving the lives of actual animals.

Pretty crappy pajama material
Pretty crappy pajama material. Very cheap looking. The image of my cat came out okay but these are not cozy pjs by any means. Pretty expensive for cheap Made in china product. Photos online looked amazing but did not measure up IRL. Guess I’m stuck with these

The cuddle clone of my Shih Tzu does…
Update: the company responded and sent a shipping label so they can attempt to fix his face. Just sent it back this morning. Hopefully they do a better job! If they don’t do a better job I’m stuck with how it comes out. No refunds after this. The cuddle clone of my Shih Tzu does not look like his face at all. I contacted them through their email address and their Facebook page. No acknowledgment or comment at all!! I sent them pictures of the clone and my dog so they can clearly see they do not match! I wish I read these reviews before I purchased it.

Hoping I didn’t get scammed….
UPDATE (12/21/22) Out of the blue, I received my order in the mail today. The pjs are cute and the order was correct. I changed my rating to 3 stars. The actual product is 5 stars, but their order tracking system and customer service channels are lacking and created unnecessary anxiety for myself and, clearly, other customers. They really need to get this fixed before next year’s holiday season. Original: I am joining the chorus of recent reviews. I placed an order on 11/30 and paid the extra $10 rush fee. Got an email the next day saying my order was in process and I’d get another email once shipped. I haven’t gotten anything since then. When I call customer service, I get the message that their phone line is down. I sent an email this morning but am not holding my breath. I also tried the online chat, but that is an endless loop that gets you nowhere other than another suggestion to email customer service. Christmas is in 5 days and if I don’t hear from customer service by then, I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and the BBB.

Waited a long time for golf club cover
Waited a long time for golf club cover, comes from China. Constant emails trying to up-charge me, soliciting a rush charge fee. The club cover came and it's a cool looking animal but it doesn't look anything like our pet, even though I sent multiple pictures, at their request.
