Fast and caring service. This order is a gift for my wife; the dog is 1 of 4, but she is also the most caring dog we have ever known. Since the dog has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, it is especially important to have everything correct.

My Cuddle Clones experience was terrific from start to finish. Customer service was so helpful when I encountered a little difficulty at the outset, and my service rep then shepherded me through the whole process. The website updated me on the making of my cuddle baby every step of the way. Most significant was the final product! My cuddle baby was an exact duplicate of my precious dog! I gasped when I opened the package. I can’t tell you how much having this clone has eased my grieving process. I take such comfort in it. I was hesitant, at first, but it was absolutely the right thing for me. I am so grateful to have this replica of my boy. It’s important to note that, when I researched having a replica made, my AI app listed three companies and provided a chart comparing each. Although Cuddle Clones was the priciest, the AI app thought it would meet my needs the best, and AI was right!

I was amazed how close they got my cuddle clone to match my cat! She passed away last month and I've been struggling with her not being here anymore. When I opened my bag, it was literally like she came back home! The great quality of the materials they used was worth the price I paid. I received my product in the time they promised and I will definitely use this company again, hopefully not to soon, though!
