When my pug’s Cuddle Clone arrived
When my pug’s Cuddle Clone arrived, the mouth area just didn’t look quite right. I reached out to customer support to let them know, and they remade a brand-new plush for me right away. The speed and care they put into fixing it was excellent service. Thank you for making things right!

Blown away
I am amazed by the talent…I can’t believe the amount of detail and they truly made a clone of our fur baby. They captured her fur coloring, face, ears, and even her paws looked so familiar. My husband and I had the best tears when we opened the package - it was like being reunited and holding our girl again. Blown away & it far exceeded my expectations!

A Comfort We'll Treasure Forever
It did take some time to I ordered a Cuddle Clone of my sweet Tyson, who passed away in April 2026. The process took a little time, but only because the team wanted to make sure we'd be completely happy before it shipped, and that care really showed. When it arrived, I was amazed at how much it looked like him. This little stuffie has brought so much comfort to our family and to our other dog, who misses him too. Thank you for creating something we'll treasure forever. 🤍

The preview pictures stole my breath
The preview pictures stole my breath. I’m so pleased with how our precious fur-baby looks. The staff have been kind, patient and understanding through the whole process. It is worth it to get the preview updates. They work with you to tweak the details where they can. I will use them again in a heartbeat!

My buddy was the most unbelievable…
My buddy was the most unbelievable soothing gift to myself he was spot on and I can't believe oddly how much better it made me feel. The craftmanship was amazing.

I had a mistake that needed fixing and…
I had a mistake that needed fixing and the customer service team was unbelievable!! Not only did they respond almost immediately they continued correspondence until the issues was resolved. Absolutely incredible and refreshing in this day and age. A big thank you!
