Hi Cesar, The order was never processed so there was no charge. Contact your credit card company as it may be a pre-authorization charge that they likely have cleared by now.

I tried ordering machines for multiple companies I work for and you guys assumed it was a scam. I went to the lengths of having the owner call and you were disrespectful to both me and him.

Hi Tajae, Our fraud protocol has us call the location and match the name on billing. You said to bill Jack Depalo. When I called the location to verify him, they said he no longer worked there. They didn't recognize any other names that were given. At that point we do not take the orders or any subsequent orders as policy.

Ordered on website and a week later was notified that my choices were special order. There was a $50 dollar minimum on special orders. This was not posted on site. So my order got cancelled. Someone could have reached out to me 24-48 hours after my order was placed. The outcome would have been different. Finally, asked for cancellation confirmation. There person I emailed never responded back. I would not recommend to my family or friends based on my experience.

Hi Alex, We apologize for the experience you had. It is not typical of how we perform. We will look for other ways to increase visibility and communication of the $50 minimum so this doesn't happen again. Below is where we communicate the minimums throughout the order journey. We typically send an email if an order is below the $50 min. "We are in receipt of your web order, but unfortunately we have a $50.00 minimum". Front page of our website has our minimum requirement policy Top of shopping cart page in yellow notes: Orders Of Less Than US$ 50 Will Not Be Processed! Hi Shlomo, It appears the issue was around the tax exempt form. We need the form in order to not charge tax. It is now on file and you have tax exempt status. Thank you for your patience. Dan D
