very happy
very happy with the fast shipping, item quality, good packaging and indeed reasonable price compared to many suppliers and online sellers. I live outside the US, bought this item and had Aramex (post forward company) ship it to me. last but not least i owe Jane a lot for communicating with me and making things easy!

Thanks CPAPdirect!
The only thing I have to say is it was confusing at first because it says for So Clean 2. We have the first So Clean that came out. Not knowing about So Clean 2, I had no idea what the difference was between them. I did some research and now I know. These parts do work with So Clean. I will be getting my filters and other parts here. Thanks CPAPdirect!

I had a question and they asked for an email and were very quick to answer. The online order was easy to do and I received my Soclean 2 in a few days with a tracking number. I'm very pleased with this service.
