Very helpful remote adaptation of the ResMed Sensor 10 by Korinne, the customer service tech. Much easier breathing at night with these changes.

I had a great experience with 1800cpap. Prices were very good and received my new machine fast. Worked with my doctor for the prescription. Ashley was very helpful. I would buy from them again.

I just called about a product that wasn't working as expected. I was dreading the call because I dislike returning products. And I wasn't sure of the exchange and refund policy. I spoke with this wonderful lady - Charlesie - I hope I spelled her name currently. She was incredibly patient and well versed in all the products that I had questions about. She made me feel confident that she knew what she was talking about. When I call again to reorder, I'm going to ask for Charlesie and you should as well. And just to confirm, cpap.com has a awesome return policy Matt say check this company out.

I ordered some product from CPAP.com. I was on holidays and used the address of the property rental agent. I was advised by Fedex that the product had been delivered 3 days previously. The rental agent said they did not recieve the product. I rang CPAP.com yesterday. They came back to me within a very short time to tell me they were shipping replacement product to me. I recieved the product today. I am in Key West. I do believe this is exceptional service. Well done CPAP.com. I have been using CPAP.com for several years and I have always found their service to be excellent
