The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and able to resolve my issue. I had bought a new CPAP which Ingot on Saturday. Sunday I got email about Labor Day sale which reduced price. I called and they honored the new price. Outstanding.

I placed an order with CPAP.com because it said the order would be shipped the day of order. I choose the USPS option as I had about 8 days before I would be leaving on my trip. The order shipped as advertised and TX and TN are approx. 1000 miles apart. The post office delivery was made after my departure. I called CPAP.com and described the situation. I purchased a second item to ship to my temporary address with the understanding that i would still be return the original item when I got home. The return was so easy and quickly handled with a Return Label provided. I just had to deliver my package to the Post Office.
