Called in today knowing what I needed but not knowing how I was ever going to figure out part numbers etc. Korinne guided me to the correct parts patiently and with a kindness and attentiveness that I haven't experienced in a very long time. Their depth of knowledge about the product and patience with me made it a joy to work with.
