Kyria helped me determine if my CPAP machine issues were repairable (they were not) and in selecting a pillow mask. She confirmed my selection of which CPAP machine was the best value that met my needs (identical replacement). She knew which questions to ask and, based on my responses, offered her suggestion WITH REASONS/FACTS that substantiated her suggestions. She obviously knows the products very well. Kyria also made sure the equipment was shipped for next day delivery (which I received at approximately 10:00 am). Kyria is a great combination of competent, friendly, and helpful.

To date, I have had prompt responses and follow-up to my order. It has not yet been completed but I am satisfied so far that CPAP.com is doing their best to make it happen. I was especially impressed with the customer service provided by Kyria, who took the time to call my doctor’s office and make sure the prescription request was faxed to the right number. She was very thorough and pleasant as well.
