Took a week to send the wrong frames. Promptly emailed a return label but now waiting... if correct frames are sent, will change rating, but so far, I absolutely do NOT recommend them. Update: Forgot to ever update this -- they did in fact send the correct frames in the end. I had been irritated because I paid for expedited shipping that cost as much/more than the frames. It did take a while, but it all worked out fine. I took the new ones to Eyemart Express where I got the original glasses, to have a professional swap the plastic lenses for my original prescription lenses. The frames broke again in early 2025, but the lenses were still fine, so I used the ordering history to order the same pair again. The price had gone up but was still affordable - definitely cheaper than a new pair. I swapped the lenses myself that time. Over a year later, the frames are still fine; it's the original lenses that are finally starting to go! So, quality-wise, it is okay for the price, and saved me having to go to the store to try on new glasses for a few years. The main benefit was being able to reorder old glasses no longer available in the store. The glasses are cute, and I'll miss them, but having to get new lenses means having to get new frames too.

The eyeglass frames are very pretty, functional, arrived quickly and with competitive prices compared to other eyeglasses on the market. These are a child's sizeeye glasseframe and the vertical depth May not be quite deep enough for my prescription? If not, I will use this strictly for reading. I love these Eyeglass frames. Had a question why my order was being processed 3 days straight. The customer Service Representative was very helpful in explaining why it said that after 3 days. Had my frames in about a week.
