Good experience...but
...the price was hefty compared to a Canadian company how offered to deliver for almost half your price...but said the it was a discontinued model...so I went with you...your profit margin must be real good.

Good company service let down by international journey
Cool frame staff have been helpful and polite from start to finish. However the international journey was amazingly slow and torturous. Also a warning of additional customs payment would have been helpful but perhaps Coolframes are not aware of this possibility.
