I had a great experience with this company. I ordered 2 frames and exchanged one for another. There was a fee for the exchange, but this was clearly listed in their policies so I expected it. The exchange took a few weeks, but only because they needed to order the glasses from the maker of the glasses. I was leery in that I read some bad reviews of this company. When I returned the glasses, I sent them with a signature confirmation. It was worth the expense for piece of mind, but not necessary. My only complaint with Coolframes is that their website has no status for exchanges. I had to contact the company for a status. They had access to the information and freely shared it. I love my new glasses and will use Coolframes again in the future.

We were able to get a set of frames that worked, which was wonderful. However, when we first ordered the frames we were told a certain color was available and then later told it was not available. This slowed down how quickly we got the frames. Would like to see better knowledge of what inventory actually exists when ordering the first time.

The frames were somewhat reasonably priced. I paid for 2 day shipping, and was not made aware that it was 2 days from when Cool frames received the frames. I ended up paying for faster shipping and still having to wait a week and a half for my frames.
